Dr. Sabita Kumari Acharya has done her Masters and M.Phil in Economics from University of Hyderabad; she has completed her Ph.D. in Economics entitled ‘Economic Evaluation of Various Forestry Schemes- Case Studies from Orissa’ from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Dr.Acharya has around 11 years of teaching and research experience; she joined SSN School of Management & Computer Applications in 2004; prior to that she was a faculty in Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan for 6 years.
Her areas of interest are: Applied Economics and Environmental Economics. She has a number of articles both national and international to her credit.
