Profile

P. Nithyanandam joined SSN Institutions in 2006 and is currently working as Assistant Professor in MCA Dept, SSN School of Management & Computer Applications (SSNSoMCA). His teaching focuses on the areas of Object oriented programming, Network Security, and Computer Architecture, and Operating Systems. Prior to joining SSNCE, he worked five years as senior lecturer in Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalm, Erode. He was associated in the development of a project funded by Tamilnadu Government ,“Tamil Data Base Package” worth Rs. 5 Lakh. He was also the Industry – Academy coordinator for conducting short term courses on the emerging areas of computer science. He was involved in training the Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) Entry level trainees (ELT) for the module Object Oriented Programming (C++). In addition, he has also developed training material for Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd.. He has also handled sessions through V-SAT for the ELT’s of CTS. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D programme on Network Security in Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University – Coimbatore.
