T. Manimegalai joined SSN Institutions in 2001 and is currently working as Assistant Professor in MCA Dept, SSN School of Management & Computer Applications (SSNSoMCA) where her teaching focuses on the areas of Data Structures, Data Base Management Systems. She spent one year as a faculty at Madha Engineering College, Chennai and four years at Thangavelu Engineering College, Chennai. Before academia, she was a Programmer for one and a half years at Perfect Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Chennai.
Manimegalai has been associated with the ISO certification as a coordinator for the department of computer applications. She was also involved in the internal audit of various departments of SSN institutions.
Manimegalai has been associated with industrial collaborations undertaken by SSNSoMCA. This includes the off campus training of Entry Level Training recruits (ELT) of Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd. She was also involved in the VSAT mode of training for the CTS recruits and in the development of training material i.e the Learning Assets Development for CTS.
Manimegalai received her M.E. Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University and M.C.A from the University of Madras.

o Team leader of Learning Assets Development (LAD) Project for Cognizant Technology Solutions on consultancy basis.
o Associated with CTS for creation of a CBT programme for the module Data Structures
